  •       Section 1. Policy and procedures of Glasgow State ICF as set forth in the April 15, 1989, edition of the Glasgow State ICF policies and procedures manual consisting of seven (7) volumes relating to the operation of Glasgow State ICF are incorporated by reference.

     

          Section 2. These policies and procedures are contained in seven (7) volumes with a total of 427 pages. They are available for inspection and copy at the office of the Commissioner for the Department for Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities, 275 East Main Street, Frankfort, Kentucky 40621, and in the office of the Director, Glasgow State ICF, State Avenue, P.       NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: EO 2004-726, effective July 9, 2004, created the Cabinet for Health and Family Services and placed the Department for Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities within the cabinet. KRS 210.010, relating to the hospitalization of an individual with mental illness, developmental, or intellectual disabilities, directs that the Secretary for the Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall adopt rules and regulations which insure proper administration and enforcement of these policies.
