908 KAR 3:140. Policies and procedures of Western State Hospital ICF (intermediate care facility)

      Section 1. Policies and procedures of Western State Hospital ICF as set forth in the April 15, 1989, edition of the Western State Hospital ICF policy manual consisting of one (1) volume relating to the operation of Western State Hospital ICF are incorporated by reference.

 

      Section 2. These policies and procedures are contained in one (1) volume with a total of 100 pages. They are available for inspection and copy at the office of the Commissioner of the Department of Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities, 275 East Main Street, Frankfort, Kentucky 40621, and at the office of the Director, Western State Hospital ICF, Hopkinsville, Kentucky.       NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: EO 2004-726, effective July 9, 2004, created the Cabinet for Health and Family Services and placed the Department for Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities within the cabinet. KRS 210.010 directs that the Secretary for the Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall adopt rules and regulations which insure proper administration and enforcement of these chapters.
