401 KAR 61:036. Emission guidelines and compliance times for municipal solid waste landfills

Section 1. Incorporation by Reference. (1) 40 C.F.R. 60.30c to 60.36c, (40 C.F.R. 60, Subpart Cc), Emission Guidelines and Compliance Times for Municipal Solid Waste Landfills, as published in the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 40, Part 60, July 1, 1997, is incorporated by reference.

NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: KRS 224.10-100 requires the Environmental and Public Protection Cabinet to prescribe administrative regulations for the prevention, abatement, and control of air pollution. The federal regulation incorporated by reference in this administrative regulation provides for the control of emissions from existing municipal solid waste landfills.
