12 KAR 1:175. Seed certification in Kentucky

      Section 1. Certification Procedure. (1) The procedures and standards established in the Kentucky Certified Seed Handbook shall be applied to all seed certified in Kentucky.

      (2) Incorporation by reference.

      (a) "Kentucky Seed Certification Standards," Kentucky Seed Improvement Association, P. O. Box 12008, Lexington, Kentucky, June 18, 1994, is incorporated by reference.

      (b) This document may be inspected, copied, or obtained at the Division of Regulatory Services, 101 Regulatory Services Building, University of Kentucky, Lexington, Kentucky 40546-0275, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (20 Ky.R. 3334; eff. 8-24-94.)
