12 KAR 1:175. Seed certification in Kentucky

Section 1. Certification Procedure. (1) The procedures and standards established in the Kentucky Certified Seed Handbook shall be applied to all seed certified in Kentucky.
(2) Incorporation by reference.
(a) "Kentucky Seed Certification Standards," Kentucky Seed Improvement Association, P. O. Box 12008, Lexington, Kentucky, June 18, 1994, is incorporated by reference.
