902 KAR 10:130. Licensing fee for septic tank servicing

  •       Section 1. All applications for a business license to service or maintain septic tanks, seepage pits, or cesspools shall be accompanied by a license fee of $120.

     

          Section 2. All applications for a vehicle license to service or maintain septic tanks, seepage pits, or cesspools shall be accompanied by a license fee of forty (40) dollars for each vehicle.       NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: KRS 194.050 and 1992 Ky. Acts ch. 462, Part I.G. 52.g authorize the Secretary for Health Services to adopt a reasonable schedule of fees to cover all charges for health services provided by the Cabinet for Health Services with respect to the servicing of septic tanks. The function of this administrative regulation is to set forth the fees to be charged.
