815 KAR 20:040. Vehicle identification

      Section 1. Vehicle Identification. (1) All vehicles used in the operation of a plumbing business shall be properly identified as established in this administrative regulation.

      (2) Each vehicle shall bear the name of the company and the master plumber's Kentucky license number.

      (3) All identification required by this administrative regulation shall be in letters not smaller than three (3) inches high and shall be kept legible at all times. NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: KRS 318.170 authorizes agents of the department to enforce the provisions of the state plumbing laws and code.
