808 KAR 5:030. Advertising

  •       Section 1. No industrial loan certificate holder shall represent by any means or permit any representation by any means (including any means of advertisement) that it is under the supervision of the Office of Financial Institutions unless there is included in such representation the fact that:

          (1) Such supervision does not entail the approval or disapproval by the office of the general operating policies or business status of such certificate holder; and

          (2) That the office does not conduct a financial audit of any nature or degree of any certificate holder and, therefore, said supervision is not to be interpreted as approval of the financial condition of the certificate holder. (L1:2; 1 Ky.R. 888; eff. 6-11-75; TAm eff. 4-21-2007.)
