806 KAR 2:120. Filing of examination report

Section 1. No later than sixty (60) days following completion of the examination, the examiner in charge shall file with the office a verified written report of the examination under oath. (20 Ky.R. 247; eff. 9-3-93; TAm eff. 8-9-2007.)

STATUTORY AUTHORITY: KRS 304.2-110
NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: KRS 304.2-110 provides that the Executive Director of Insurance may make reasonable administrative regulations necessary for or as an aid to the effectuation of any provision of the Kentucky Insurance Code. This administrative regulation requires that examiners file an examination report with the Office of Insurance no later than sixty (60) days following the completion of the examination.
