806 KAR 2:030. Copies of administrative regulations; fee

Section 1. Upon request and the payment of a sum of twenty-five (25) cents per page, the executive director shall furnish a single copy of any administrative regulation to any person so requesting.

Section 2. Requests for a continuing subscription service will be referred to the Legislative Research Commission, Capitol, Frankfort, Kentucky, an agency of this state currently providing such service. (I-2.03; 1 Ky.R. 854; eff. 5-14-75; TAm eff. 8-9-2007.)

NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: KRS 304.2-110 provides that the Executive Director of Insurance may make reasonable rules and administrative regulations necessary for or as an aid to the effectuation of any provision of the Kentucky Insurance Code.
