STATUTORY AUTHORITY: KRS 241.060

NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: KRS 241.060 authorizes the board to promulgate reasonable administrative regulations to establish their administrative procedures. This administrative regulation establishes the proper form of procedure and practice before the ABC Board and adopts the general practice procedures found in KRS Chapter 13B.
