804 KAR 5:070. Minors

Section 1. Premises that qualify for the restaurant exemption, pursuant to KRS 244.085(6), shall only be exempted during those times of the day that meals are served to customers.
Section 2. Unless an establishment is exempted under KRS 244.085(6), every retail licensee that sells alcoholic beverages by the drink for consumption on the premises shall display at all times, in a prominent place, a printed card at least 8 in. x 11 in. in size which shall read, in thirty (30) point or larger type, substantially as follows:

ON THIS PREMISES.

STATUTORY AUTHORITY: KRS 241.060(1)
NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: KRS 241.060(1) authorizes the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to promulgate administrative regulations governing procedures relative to the supervision and control of the use and sale of alcoholic beverages. This administrative regulation establishes requirements governing the presence of minors on licensed premises.
