804 KAR 4:040. Bottling house storage

Section 1. A bottling house storage license may be issued by the Administrator of the Distilled Spirits Unit to parties not otherwise entitled to store, bottle, or warehouse distilled spirits or wine but who are so authorized by the federal government and who are required to keep as part of their permanent records, United States Treasury Department forms. This license shall authorize the licensee to operate a warehouse or place of storage for distilled spirits or wine or to bottle distilled spirits or wine on the premises specifically designated. The fee for the license appears in KRS 243.030(15). If there will be more than one (1) premises operated by a licensee under this administrative regulation wherein storage or bottling of distilled spirits or wine is carried on, a license shall be required for each of the premises.
