803 KAR 2:240. Time for filing discrimination complaint

Section 1. Reasonable Time Defined. A reasonable time as used in KRS 338.121(3)(b) shall be defined to be no more than 120 days for the purpose of filing a complaint with the Commissioner of the Department of Workplace Standards. (12 Ky.R. 1709; eff. 5-6-86; TAm eff. 8-9-2007; TAm eff. 9-8-2011.)
