605 KAR 1:010. Meetings

Section 1. The regular meetings of the commission shall be held at least once a month or as often as may be necessary. Advance notice of each meeting shall be delivered to each member. All meetings of the commission shall be in the Office of the Motor Vehicle Commission in Frankfort, Kentucky, or other place as the chairman may designate. NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: KRS 190.058 provides for the Motor Vehicle Commission to hold an annual meeting and regular meetings. The purpose of this administrative regulation is to establish those meetings, the method for calling the meetings, and the place of the meetings.
