401 KAR 36:090. Conditional exemption for low-level mixed waste storage, treatment, transportation, and disposal

      NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: KRS 224.46-520 requires the Environmental and Public Protection Cabinet to promulgate administrative regulations for permitting of persons who treat, store, recycle, and dispose of hazardous waste. This administrative regulation establishes the conditions to exempt a low-level mixed waste from the regulatory definition of hazardous waste.
