Section 1. Hazardous Waste Manifest and Instructions. The subject matter shall be governed by the Appendix to 40 C.F.R. 262, effective September 9, 2005. STATUTORY AUTHORITY: KRS 224.10-100, 224.46-510
NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: KRS 224.46-510 requires the cabinet to promulgate administrative regulations to establish standards for the generation of hazardous wastes. This administrative regulation establishes a uniform hazardous waste manifest and the Kentucky instructions for each form.
