Section 1. Adoption of Information Concerning Hazardous Waste Constituents. The subject matter shall be governed by 40 C.F.R. 261 Appendix VIII, effective July 1, 2005. NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: KRS 224.46-510(3) requires the cabinet to identify the characteristics of and to list hazardous wastes. This administrative regulation establishes procedures to identify the characteristics of and to list hazardous wastes.
