303 KAR 1:070. Animals

Latest version.

Section 1. No dog, cat or other animal will be permitted on the grounds at the Kentucky State Fair Grounds or Exhibition Center unless it be under the leash control of its owner. Any dog, cat or other animal not under such control will be impounded and removed from the grounds. (KFEC-10; 1 Ky.R. 755; eff. 5-14-75.)
