303 KAR 1:060. Destruction of property

Section 1. No person shall destroy or remove from its location any property belonging to the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the Kentucky State Fair Board, Exhibition Center, or any lessee or concessionaire of the Kentucky State Fair Board and Exhibition Center. (KFEC-7; 1 Ky.R. 755; eff. 5-14-75.)
