303 KAR 1:050. Admission

Section 1. No person shall, except with specific permission, by the Kentucky State Fair Board, enter the Kentucky State Fair Grounds or Exhibition Center at a time when an admission or parking charge is being made without paying such charge; and no person shall, except with specific permission by the Kentucky State Fair Board, enter an event within the Kentucky State Fair Grounds or Exhibition Center for which a charge is made for admission or parking to the event without paying such charge.
