303 KAR 1:030. Alcoholic beverages

Section 1. No person shall carry or transport into the Kentucky State Fair Grounds or the Exhibition Center any beer or other alcoholic beverage except for delivery to a licensed retailer of same located in the Fair Grounds or Exhibition Center or except with specific permission by the Kentucky State Fair Board.
