302 KAR 35:020. License required for each location

Section 1. A person, firm, or corporation operating at more than one (1) location must have a license for each location if operated as separate business establishments. The license shall be posted in a conspicuous place in the office or appropriate section of the business establishment. (KDA-M-2; 1 Ky.R. 1029; eff. 6-11-75.)
