201 KAR 22:140. Funding of impaired physical therapy practitioners committee

  •       Section 1. (1) An assessment fee of twenty (20) dollars shall be paid to the board by each credential holder;

          (2) The assessment fee shall be waived for the biennial renewal period ending March 31, 2007; and

          (3) The assessment fee shall be waived for reinstatement applications through December 31, 2008.

     

          Section 2. The assessment fee may be used for education, travel expenses and a per diem to committee members during the normal course of committee business as assigned by the program coordinator and the executive director.

          (1) Travel expenses shall be in accordance with state travel administrative regulations.

          (2) Each committee member shall be entitled to receive an honorarium of twenty-five (25) dollars for attending meetings required or approved by the board.       NECESSITY, FUNCTION, and CONFORMITY: KRS 327.045(4) requires the board to promulgate an administrative regulation establishing the assessment fee to be collected by the board as part of the licensure and certification renewal application fee. This administrative regulation establishes the assessment fee.
