Section 1. The annual election of officers of the board shall be held at the meeting immediately preceding July 1st of each year. All officers shall continue in office until new officers have been elected. (SBA-1-E; 1 Ky.R. 1009; eff. 6-11-75; Am. 18 Ky.R. 2972; eff. 6-7-92.)
