201 KAR 19:070. Duplicate certificates

Section 1. Request and Conditions. An architect who is registered in the Commonwealth of Kentucky may secure a duplicate certificate by requesting a duplicate certificate and accompanying this request with the fee established by 201 KAR 19:085, Section 2(11).
