201 KAR 19:005. Amendments to rules and administrative regulations

      Section 1. Amendments to Rules and  Administrative Regulations. (1) The rules and administrative regulations may be amended at any regular or special meeting of the board by regular vote provided a copy of the proposed amendments have been given or mailed to each member of the board at least ten (10) days prior to the date of the meeting in which they are to be considered, or without such notice at any meeting where there is full attendance of all seven (7) members of the board.

      (2) Amendments by letter ballot may be adopted provided all seven (7) members vote upon the question involved.

      (3) Less than seven (7) votes shall be construed in the same manner as though those not voting had voted to defer action until the next meeting. (BERA:R 13, E 9; 1 Ky.R. 1242; eff. 7-2-75; Am. 17 Ky.R. 1779; eff. 12-14-90.)
