201 KAR 11:090. Instruments prepared by broker; disposition

Section 1. At the time of signing all instruments, a real estate broker shall deliver a copy of all instruments to all parties executing the instruments where the instrument has been prepared by the broker or under his supervision. NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: KRS 324.282 authorizes the Real Estate Commission to promulgate administrative regulations to effectively carry out the provisions of KRS Chapter 342.
