103 KAR 41:060. Diversified operators

      Section 1. Any person who has secured a resident or a nonresident cigarette wholesaler license can engage, at the same place of business, in any activities authorized by a cigarette subjobber license without securing the additional license.

      Section 2. Any person engaged in the distribution of cigarettes through a vending machine must secure a license as a vending machine operator in addition to any other required license.

      Section 3. Any person holding more than one (1) license will be required to include in the monthly report all information required of the holder of each license. (CT-28; 1 Ky.R. 710; eff. 5-14-1975; TAm eff. 6-28-2016.)
