102 KAR 2:010. Election of chairperson, vice chairperson

Section 1. At the last meeting of the fiscal year (the fourth quarter meeting) the board of trustees shall elect a chairperson and vice chairperson for the succeeding fiscal year. (TRS-11; 1 Ky.R. 464; eff. 3-12-75; Am. 3 Ky.R. 381; eff. 12-1-76.)
